How can I make changes to my order, or cancel an order, that I just placed online?

Do I need to log in to place an order?

You do not need to log in to place an order but we recommend that you do. If you log in, your information will be available for customizing and ordering products and you will be able to access and order products that you previously ordered from NEBS. Click to Log On Now!

How do I place an order?

You can choose any of these easy ways to order!

  1. Online: Use the online catalog to place your order.
  2. By Phone: 1-800-225-6380, Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.- 1:00 a.m.; Saturday 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.; Sunday 12:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. EST.
  3. By FAX: 1-800-234-4324, 24 hours a day, every day. Complete both sides of your order form, photocopy both sides and send in one transmission. Additional requirements are necessary to imprint your company logo
  4. By Mail: Complete the order form enclosed in your catalog and return in the pre-addressed return envelope at NEBS, 2000 S Thompson St., Flagstaff, AZ 86001.

Why can't I find the order I placed for my Canadian business on www.nebs.com?

When can I view the status of an order I just placed?

You should be able to review your order online after the information has been received by our production facility. If there are no problems with your order, this normally takes place within a few hours.

How do I make a change to a product that I would like to reorder?

After you log in to our web site, go to My Account and click the 'View All My Purchases by Category' link. When you find the product that you want to order, click the link that says 'View/Modify'. This will allow you to verify the information that is being printed, including your start number, and also allow you to make changes.
