Are all NEBS products available online?

Yes! You can order all our products on our Web site.

As you browse the site, you may find that some products do not display an image, but do list prices and quantities.

If you want to see this product, you can request a free sample or a paper catalog online.

We appreciate your patience as we work to add more product images to our Web site.

Can you print my Company Logo?

Absolutely!

If you would like to have your company logo printed on your product, just send (please do not FAX) your black and white, camera ready artwork to: NEBS, Inc., Attn: Specials, 500 Main Street, Groton, MA 01471-9800, and include a contact name and phone number where we can call for questions.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We'll do whatever it takes to make it right!

If you are not totally satisfied with any NEBS product for any reason, we'll give you a full credit, replacement, or refund, including any shipping charges you have paid (except for software). This guarantee has no time limit except for software, which is limited to 90 days.

All you need to do is call our Customer Service Action Line, 1-800-225-9540, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 7:30pm E.T. Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm E.T.

Why doesn't the Preview Product have all the information that is to be printed on my checks?

The preview is designed to give you an idea of how the imprint will appear and will not contain any secure information, such as your routing or account number.

When I change the paper color of my checks, why doesn't the Preview Product change?

The preview is only designed to give you an idea of how the imprint will appear. At this time, we are unable to display some product colors in the preview feature. You will be able to verify the check color in your Order Confirmation.
