How do I pay for my order?

You can choose from these payment options!

Billing Option: You can open an account pending a credit review. If approved, you will receive your invoice 7 to 10 days after your order is shipped. Terms are net 7 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax will be added to your bill. We are required to charge state, county or local sales tax based on your state regulations.

Check: Enclose your check and order form in the pre-addressed return envelope enclosed in your catalog.

Credit Card: We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card is charged when your order ships, which is usually within 3-5 business days. Some orders, like clothing, may take longer. You'll be advised of approximate processing and shipping times by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order.

All online credit card orders are secure. For more information about what we do to protect your transaction, read our privacy and security policies.

Prepay: Prepayment in full will rush your order through our Credit department and establishes credit for future orders.

Why doesn't my Order Confirmation Email show my discount?

At this time, discounts do not show on our order confirmation. However, as long as a Priority Service Code was entered for your order, and is valid for the items you ordered, the discount will be applied.

When I placed my order online, it said that shipping was free; why am I being charged?

Our free shipping offer is valid for customers using the correct Priority Service Code or other offer. If you do not have the correct Priority Service Code, we will ship your order via UPS Standard Ground.

What happens if I'm offered a discount, but I did not enter a Priority Service Code?

If a discount was not applied and you believe you are entitled to a discount, please contact us.

How long does it take to get my order?

You'll get what you need fast!

All stock (unimprinted) items are shipped within 24-72 hours. Most standard imprinted products are shipped in 2-3 working days. Please allow time for Standard Ground delivery.

Most Company Colors Work Wear orders take 6-8 working days. Orders with a logo may take longer than 8 working days to be processed.

Need it faster? At your request, we'll ship any NEBS product via One-Day Air or Two-Day Air. Please allow time to process your order. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

How are shipping and handling costs calculated?

Our shipping and handling fee is intended to compensate our company for costs related to processing your order including the handling, packaging and delivery of the products you have purchased. Estimated shipping cost is based on a product's weight, delivery destination and level of service. Handling fees are based on total order value.
